Worked as a Team Lead for a community project wherein I got an opportunity to work in different dimensions including assigning tasks to members of the team , social media digital training , monitoring , problem solving , making the team work together for a common objective .

Did an organisational study of four departments i.e. Finance ,Human Resource, Marketing , Production wherein I personally observed and understood the batch production and Testing and Quality assurance. To some extent I also tried understanding the chemical composition . Observed functioning of the manpower and analysed various aspects about it and prepared a project Report .
