• We have to work on wide range of Network Management products (software and hardware) based on Windows, Linux and Solaris platforms. • I would be mainly responsible for troubleshooting the Netscout Network Management Application/product issues. He should possess basic understanding of all Networking topologies and Network Management Systems. • I would be responsible for providing technical assistance (voice/email) to worldwide enterprise customers using NetScout products. This includes troubleshooting and implementation of a wide range of Software and Hardware products. • Assist customers to troubleshoot any Operating System issues, RAID issues or Application issues using remote access tools like Webex. • Assist customers to customize/deploy the product according to their Network designs or topologies. • Understand the Application performance issues/bugs and work with next level teams to get them fixed as soon as possible.
