Structural Engineer, Over all I have more than 25 Years experience in the field of Marketing and Sales, Business development, Operation in infrastructure business P&L, client meeting and client coordinator, Operational manager for day to day site coordination in the field of Real estate, building and infrastructure, construction, Oil & Gas, wind mill Power projects and urban water supply and urban Road project's.I have a good experience in PMC - project management consultancy, TPI - Third party inspection, QA and QC field.(Technical, Administration, operation and Business development) Material testing Lab- Civil, Building investigation using NDT - Civil Technics.formally, worked in SGS India Pvt Ltd., Chennai as a Regional Manager South - Industrial services - Infra & Power from 2014 to 2022, take care of sales, marketing and day to day operations of PMC and TPI work in Tamil nadu. (Chennai smart city, Vellore smart city, Salem smart city, Coimbatore smart city & Madurai smart city)Formally, I worked in M/s. Bureau Veritas as a Regional manager South Building and infrastructure in 2022 and Civil aid Principal Engineer.(2001 to 2014).I have good knowledge & experience in to Business operation, project team handling, business development on infrastructure projects and Power Projects.Generally, I will identify a new project, Preparation Tender documents, submission of bid documents with financial proposal, attending techno commercial meetings and monitoring a day to day work on manpower mobilization & operation, preparation of invoice subsequent collection of payment too.I'm into expertise in end-to-end tender preparation / costing / project planning, coordination & implementation and activity sequencing in line with standard guidelines; I gained multi-cultural / international experience by working across various countries.
