Fold and stock clothing items, unpack pallets, and help customer's with any questions. Also complete store markdowns as necessary. Clean section, remove all items that belong in other areas of the store, and make sure the customer is happy.

I work with the Youth Grievance Director in order to ensure that all Youth Grievances are properly documented and filed according to the SCD Policy. I assist all Youth Grievance Coordinators with any paperwork or filing that they made need. I created the tracking system, and control the November 22/ December 22 tracking system to see which complaints were highest and where the highest number of complaints were coming from.

I handled all paperwork coming in and out of the Broad River Road Complex (BRR) Facility. I created work schedules for officers. I scheduled interviews for potential candidates for the Centralized Institutional Operations Center (SOC), as well as assisted the SOC Admin with anything they may need. I created charts for supervisors throughout the facility to use as needed. I worked with a team to organize paperwork for the youths on campus. I also assisted the Admin for the BRR Facility in anything that she may need as well as provide coverage for her. I handled Youth Mail and Employee packages, completed investigations on any mail complaints, and ensured all mail went to the proper source.

I do a majority of the social media for the arts festival, Arts on the Ridge. I also assist the event chair as needed on the day of the festival (always the first Saturday in May).

I used the PACCS system to help begin and end new child support cases. I clocked and file new paperwork. I notarized papers for the court as they come in. I filed divorce and child support cases as needed. I took notes during child support court hearings for the documentation. I took temperatures and passed out masks before our court hearings due to COVID procedures.
