I lead talent recruitment, training, learning and development, and evaluation initiatives in support of a 375-member, global tour manager team. Analyzing and distributing product quality ratings throughout the organization, I identify opportunities and make recommendations for product excellence ratings and performance improvement. I also implement in-person training meetings international with a focus throughout Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa.• Responding to dynamic industry challenges presented by the Covid-19 pandemic, I strategized and formulated unique hiring and scheduling plans for 160 tour programs.• I motivated and inspired a team of 375 tour managers throughout Covid-19 pandemic.• I orchestrated destination kick-off meetings, Covid-19 protocol sessions, tour manager zoom training sessions, and monthly meetings for tour managers worldwide.

As a Director, I oversaw 240 freelance tour leaders and cruise directors including all recruitment, training and development, and supervision while delivering lead support to three offices worldwide. I selected and scheduled tour leaders for river cruise, small ship, land, and ocean cruise tours based on product quality, passenger excellent ratings, and experience. I developed role-based dashboards and visibility reports, action planning, and closed-looped ticketing for the management platform. I also focused on improving product ratings for excellence by analyzing and distributing product quality ratings throughout the organization.• I was appointed primary liaison for troubleshooting all product operations worldwide.• I led the development and implementation of digital customer quality surveys, Qualtrics Customer Experience.• I designed and implemented innovative training workshops, curriculum, and supporting materials.
