With over ten years of experience in human resources, I am a certified recruiter and an employee relations specialist. In my two most recent roles, I supported the manufacturing and distribution operations of Berry Global and AAF International. I manage on-site human resources for a 24/7 facility and an off-site warehouse, working with diverse and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, engagement, and retention. I also lead the high-volume recruiting strategy for the production and distribution centers, leveraging social media and veterans networks to attract and hire qualified candidates.
