•In the year 2000 due to the differences of opinion with management at Hawa Engineers Ltd., new company was formed under the banner of Hawa Valves India Pvt. Ltd., where from scratch I was part of the foundation of this new organisation which shouldered much more responsibilities other then sales, also started operations facility at Hubli in the year 2002 with establishing the entire operational unit with machineries, equipments, foundries and man power to manufacture the product along with required credentials like ISO, API, CE Marking etc. It totally was a new task in hand, took it up as a challenge and succeeded in the total operational set up.•Started executing Export orders from the year 2004 with introducing of Shell (Royal Dutch Shell) orders with all special requirement in exotic materials, it involved the products to pass through stringent tests like Fire Safe, Fugitive Emission, Cyclic test etc. The products were tested with all NDT compliance with client inspection and making it a success.•By the end of 2008 under my leadership as Plant Head, Valves were exported to more than 20 countries and HAWA VALVES, Hubli became the major export oriented unit of South India in the Valves domain with annual production of almost 50000 units per annum.•Same year the company expanded its manufacturing facility to almost 3 times the present capacity and constructed semi-automated unit.•I do the branding “HAWA” in Indian market with setting up company offices and introducing the channel partners to government sector as well as PSU and Private Companies.•Specialization in manufacturing of Valves of various types right through its product development i.e. design, procurement of casting, manufacturing, testing and dispatch in the domains like Petrochemicals, Power ,Steel, Energy and many others. -Created the brand image HAWA in South Indian market with registering the same in Government sector as well as PSU with their concern consultants. -Performed various promotional strategies and introduced brand HAWA in different domain through exhibitions and seminars. -Following the project enquiries and converting the same into orders for the company.-Channel Sales management and setting up of new channel members.
