• Supervised a diverse team of eight people in the daily execution of the aircraft carrier flight schedule, resulting in the successful completion of 7,602 flight hours and 3,808 aerial military missions during a 4-month deployment to the Mediterranean Sea during a period of heightened diplomatic tensions and operational requirements.• Liaised between the aircraft carrier and the attached air wing to ensure efficient asset integration and the timely flow of information regarding flight planning and air space coordination.• Oversaw the coordination of all personnel and cargo transfers on and off the ship during sea operations as the Air Transfer Officer.• Volunteered to lead the planning efforts of a United Services Organization (USO) sponsored concert onboard the ship while deployed abroad. Directed risk management initiatives, including the COVID-19 Response Plan and the Motorcycle Safety Program. • Orchestrated a significant overhaul of the annual ground training program, successfully administering 869 essential safety training sessions.

• Served as an administrative assistant and executive secretary for the Midshipman Development Center at the United States Naval Academy.• Administered and proctored the Automated Neuropsychological Assessment Metrics (ANAM) to approximately 900 incoming freshmen to create a testing baseline for comparison in the event of a future traumatic brain injury.
