I also foster collaboration between internal teams and partners to ensure effective partnership execution, and analyze the market's industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition. I have successfully helped MSG91 secure and grow multiple partnerships with key players in the UK market, resulting in increased revenue, customer retention, and brand awareness. I have a marketing degree from Nagpur University, and over 9 years of experience in the outsourcing/offshoring industry, where I have honed my skills in project management, research, data analytics, sales and marketing, coaching, customer experience, customer support/service, strategic hiring, and insurance. I am passionate about creating value for customers and partners, and empowering my team to achieve excellence. I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new challenges.
