Initial Style Conferences on behalf of Barclays University.Birmingham, Manchester, Bristol, Luton, Newcastle, Northampton, Poole, Knutsford.During the early project stage of Barclays University I was responsible for the development and implementation of 5 metro centres (day training centres each capturing delegates from a 60 mile radius) and 3 learning points (individual training environments located within key Barclays sites). This included supplier management, initial IT and AV procurement and installation and all staff recruitment and training, as well as advising on the practicalities of building design and delivery.
