My role was to design platform architecture and manage development.Major achieved goals:- New software product based on CakePHP framework. This product consists of estate objects database, offers about rent and sale, news and reviews. Flexible CMS for content managers.- Created a set of tools for converting different types of information from the old site which was collected within last 10 years.- Deployed and configured a new server on CentOS which was optimized for standalone modules for the new site (memcached, items indexation, mail lists, etc) Implemented task tracking (Asana) and revision control system (Git).

As a solution I created a flexible engine based on AJAX-navigation and MVC pattern with CakePHP framework.
