The Global Operations team is made up of our Project Management Office, Solution Architecture, Global Strategic Sourcing and the Labor Economist team in the United States. We are responsible for implementing all of AgileOne’s technologies and service solutions. Global Operations also contains all of the AgileOne resources outside of the United States, including Europe, LATAM, and APAC. AgileOne is incorporated and doing business in 19 countries and adding more every year. We have shared service centers in India and Poland. Globally, the team is responsible for selling, implementing and supporting all of AgileOne’s technologies and service solutions. This includes MSP, SOW, Freelancer qualification, Non-employee tracking, RPO, payroll, and total talent management. The global teams are made up of country managers, operations directors, business development directors, recruiters, implementation specialists, shared service support staff and onsite team members.

The Operations group is responsible for solutions design, project management and supplier engagement for all of the Agile-1 solutions. We also have accountability for Product Management and Market Rate Analysis. We have merged these groups together into a single team that owns the Implementation experience for our customers. Our efforts will center around integrating and streamlining our global delivery models and our focus continues to be exceeding both our own internal expectations as well of those of our clients.

As the Senior Director, PMO, I provide leadership to a team of project managers and technology consultants engaged in business solution integration and implementation. I partner with executive leadership to define team direction based on long-term business goals. I create detailed business requirements for concurrent development initiatives. I guide prioritization and resource assignment based on technical requirements and business needs. Our PMO leads technical teams through the full project life cycle, including Initiation, Planning, Execution, Control, and Closing. We establish goals, timetables, and performance metrics. I mentor and develop staff in a collaborative team approach. The PMO uses project management practices based on the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). I worked with our current team to create and implement the Project Management Office (PMO) with associated best practice-based operating procedures to manage enterprise project prioritization and resource assignment. We have applied lessons learned through hands-on project team leadership to tailor processes to each client.I worked with a team assigned to implement SharePoint for Agile-1, serving as a designer and the system administrator, the site is now used for internal collaborating, document storage and project specific efforts.
