• Correspondence and support for existing and potential customers and communication with internal departments• Preparation of offers, tracking and calculation of individual parts, assemblies and machines• Confirmation of orders• Monitoring and reservation of production capacities• Complaint processing and monitoring of KPI• Clarification of technical and commercial questions, implementation of drawing changes, updating of CAD files and parts lists for active projects (Change management)• Logistics of deliveries in cooperation with the procurement and production departments• Factory acceptance of assemblies and machines - FAT (Factory Acceptance Test)• Weekly video and telephone conferences with customers(Active and future projects, capacity utilization, negotiation of prices and strategic negotiations)• Annual discussions with customers / customer visits (Review and analysis, opportunities to expand collaboration)

• Tracking of production plans and the production status• Definition of the fixtures and the required tools, creation of the CNC program based on the technical drawing and the CAD file, reading in the program and consultation with the worker on the machine Software: SolidWorks / SolidCAM CNC mills: HAAS VF2 and VF4, MAHO 600 and 800• Creation of DXF drawings for flame cuts
