I worked on a personal business idea.I experienced many new aspects - idea brainstorming, market research, idea validation, learning marketing and psychology, working on MVPs, and creating design mockups.This experience helped me to see the big picture of what it takes to create something. It has many more aspects than just writing a code. I learned to manage my own time and prioritize the important things. And yes, if the idea fails, it's not the world's end. It's a valuable experience.

At Dynatech, I worked on a big internal project.My responsibility was to create user-friendly user interfaces, refactor existing code, and fix current bugs.I collaborated with stakeholders and team members to get the features from prototypes to finished implementations.The tech I worked with included JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS, SASS, REST, WebSockets, Docker.

At Infogram, I was responsible for creating an HTML/CSS for a public web page and the infographics editor.I was collaborating with designers and developers to satisfy both ends.The workflow was: * I got PSD design files; * Made them into HTML/CSS; * Worked with designers and programmers, so my HTML is usable for programmers, and designers are still satisfied with the result; * Other programmers implemented my HTML/CSS in Backbone (later React) components; * I assisted programmers if they had any difficulty with the HTML;

We created an HTML5 game engine and simple brain training games.My responsibility was to prepare HTML/CSS/optimized images for the game engine editor and games.I was learning game development principles and how to use CSS animations in web games.The workflow was: * I got PSD design files; * Made them into HTML/CSS/optimized images; * Other programmers implemented my HTML/CSS in JavaScript components; * I assisted programmers if they had any difficulty with the HTML;

My responsibilities included:Creating valid HTML/CSS out of photoshop designs. Of course, the HTML had to be pixel-perfect down to IE7.Collaborating with a testers team and fixing found problems.Collaborating with designers to improve some layout parts, so it could be possible to implement them down to IE7.The main challenge was to create pixel-perfect layouts for all the required browsers.

I was responsible for creating valid HTML/CSS layouts for our designs.Layouts needed to support all major browsers down to IE7.Also, I had to create the design by myself for some parts.The challenge was that I had to learn everything while doing it since it was my first experience as a professional web developer.
