Managing the secure channels design team in Canada through scaling and alignment across portfolios. MyAdvisor is an agile-first, nimble team supporting front line staff and customers through a digital, assisted channel. Customers can create investment goals and know they're not alone.This was a hands on opportunity to learn more about the investment space, and how customers perceive their finances over varying periods of time.The team was made up of 5-6 designers within the larger RBC Digital team and we had the opportunity to work extremely closely to our Technology and Product teams, providing us with business insights and mindsets to assist in our design decision making.
