At LifeVantage, I was responsible for the legal aspects of SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K, as well as drafting our annual proxy statement.I was responsible for M&A and financing activities. For example, I was responsible for the legal aspects of acquiring our $67 million line of credit, conducting a $40 million tender offer and acquiring a line of sports nutrition products.I supported our international expansion efforts in Asia and Latin America, and oversaw outside legal counsel on various domestic and international litigation matters.
