I'm a Client Manager for Cigna Healthcare in our 25-3000 eligible employee space, focused on medical, dental and vision product lines. I establish and maintain collaborative relationships with brokers and clients to develop custom benefits programs for their employees and their families. Using client specific data analytics, I look to target gaps in care and develop strategies alongside decision makers to increase value and health outcomes.

Lead a platoon of 30 - 40 soldiers. Responsible for ensuring that Soldiers are properly equipped, trained, and have the tools needed to do their job. Provide formal and informal guidance and support to soldiers for both civilian and military career progression. Provide logistical fuel transportation support for Army units during training exercises and real world operations. Conducted Financial Liability Investigations of Property Loss (FLIPL), monitor all assigned FLIPL investigations, ensuring proper guidelines adhered.

Personally provided financial support to over 6,000 service members and DOD civilians. Conducted over 20 finance missions in theater and disbursed over 5 million in funds over a 10-month period. Responsible for design, implementation, and maintenance of disbursing tech balancing and accountability spreadsheets which increased unit accuracy resulting in zero losses of funds.

Responsible for managing all forms of social and traditional media, scheduling and coordinating meetings, writing press releases, updating databases, keeping records of public relations activities, assisting with print and mailing production. Worked on a variety of events to include Arizona’s Prop 123 campaign, Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale Action, Bentley Scottsdale Polo Championship, and the Fiesta Bowl Rugby and Balloon Classic.
