• From Feb. 2016 till now, served global customers as project manager in Operation, and managed complex IT migration projects with product lines in Data Center, SDWAN, VNS, CDN, CCM (Cloud-Controlled Management), etc.• From Aug 2013 to February 2016, served clients as regional project manager, by delivering service including Managed network and Security in Asia Pacific.• Manage project lifecycle from exploring business opportunities and customer’s requirement to fulfillment, testing & final acceptance.• Make project plans and monitor project progress, with managing all stakeholders’ expectation.• Perform system and business analysis to determine strategic roadmaps, resource allocation, roles & responsibilities, scope of work, priorities, risks and issues, to support customer build a joint-plan and achieve business goal.• Lead cross-functional teams, including sales, solution architect, engineers, product managers, finance team, etc. to meet with contractual obligations (e.g., SLA).• Manage 3rd party vendors, including local carriers, equipment partner, service providers to provide service / equipment in due diligence.

• Manage network migration/ installation projects in APAC region.• Manage Cease project. Coordinate with finance team to verify access lines status and cease inactive circuits to ensure BT is reasonably billed for every telco invoice.• Manage Access Optimization project. Get quote approved and implement migration work.• Manage SPOF(Single point of failure) project. Initiate SPOF investigation and coordinate with PTT to take remedial action to resolve SPOF problems.

• Manage contract validation and process clean orders in SAP BW.• Monitor manufacturing and deliveries to ensure equipment provision without delay.• Determine purchase and stock levels to ensure product availability and control stock.• Evaluate performances of vendors (Flextronics & Solectron) and analyze root causes of de-commitment. • Deal with customer payment and coordinate with financial team to make sure all payments are received (O/C, T/T, L/C etc.) in time.• Support internal SAP support team to improve SAP function.
