 Develop and implement annual marketing plan for BUs to achieve marketing strategy and business target. Manage marketing campaigns (both printing & web) in order to reach prospective customers, drive response, and build up Staples’ brand. Drive campaigns through multiple channels, including website, display, social marketing, EDM, SMS and catalogues etc.  Lead the team successfully organized series of anniversary events and new customer development activities as a project manager. Work closely with research vendors to analyse customer needs and buying behaviours, marketing drivers, competitive landscape in China and develop marketing strategies accordingly.  Support exhibitions, conference, seminars and other corporate PR activities to enhance the brand awareness  Manage marketing budget, including annual budget setting , tracking expenses and monthly forecasts. Responsible for agency management to ensure all the marketing program briefed, progressed and delivered on time and under budget. Design and manage marketing materials like introduction brochure, sales kit, video, gifts, etc for Staples Advantage customers. Work closely with sales & merchandising to assist marketing director to develop a complete business plan for specific market segment/sector.
