As a Campaign Director and Deputy Director at Global Witness I led 22 staff in 7 teams, including remote workers, carrying out campaigns across 10 countries with a budget of £2 million. I supported the organisations strategic revisioning which placed climate at its heart and oversaw subsequent campaign redesigns in response. As job share Co-Campaign Director of the Forest Land and Climate Department I sat on the senior management team responsible for the day to day management of GW. I oversaw 22 staff in 7 teams conducting campaigns across 10 countries with a budget of 2 million.
