The job is responsible for acquiring new customers through various channels such as branch walk-ins, referrals from existing customers, through industry bodies, through trade associations, through email marketing etc. and Deepening of existing relationships by cross-selling products and services as per the profile & need of the customer.

The job is responsible for selling finance to customers walk-ins etc. Completing the given Monthly Loan target was the first Priority also focuses on other Banking Products like Health Insurance, Instant Loans, Credit Card Loan, and Cross Sales Products etc.

The job Profile is responsible for making sure all portables and Distribution sales targets are met within the designated sales area or territory. The job is also responsible for growing distribution width in the designated sales area, growing distribution depth within their allocated territory, managing secondary sales revenue into retail outlets, outlet management, creating awareness in their designated geographies and doing direct selling for the retail outlets, and finding new distributors and constantly growing the distribution network.
