Allocated a £10,000 budget to produce a varied offering of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including themed cocktails and mocktails and a selection of wines, beers, ciders and soft drinks.Created mathematical models in Google Sheets to predict the quantities of drinks required for the 4-hour event, (attended by approximately 1000 members of Cambridge University), using data from previous events.
