Report directly to the CFO of the Group - Established the Legal Department, built legal methodologies, KPI's, procedures and measurable. - Managing a team of Legal Counsels. - Provide general in-house legal advice to the various Group companies and subsidiaries. - Responsible for the execution of the overall development, preparation and submission of all tenders in various expertise. - Prepare all corporate contract agreements, DPA, NDA, as well as reviewing, negotiating, and drafting various contracts. - Oversee and provide legal advice on all integration of companies to the Group. - Lead corporate Ethics and Compliance for the organization. Designs, implements, oversees, and enforces Compliance policies and business rules. - Lead all Licensing and Certification of the group. - Responsible for the Group's insurance portfolio - working with insurance companies and insurance advisers.Selected Achievements: Established the Legal Department, established tender department, submitted large scale public tenders (millions NIS)
