As an Early Learners Assistant, I primarily have been working with children aged 3 to 8. I assist them in their classwork which consists of mathematics and reading basics necessary for a good foundation. After completing their classwork, I create activities and games depending on their weakness to further improve and enhance their skills. When needed, I also shift to the main class where children aged 5 to 13 are completing their classwork independently. Several times, I assist those who need help in more advanced mathematics and reading comprehension problems. For the past few months, I have also taken up another role in the back-end preparation process. I assist my senior coworkers in preparing the student's next homework and classwork by placing it in their files accordingly.
