Planning, implementation and management of programs, projects and investments that deliver climate positive impacts in partnership with the global Nature Based Solutions (NbS) team providing financial and investment related inputs into the proposals. Design of structured finance solutions to provide capital to promote sustainable land-use practices, forest restoration and conservation.

Portfolio Management of a Real Estate Logistic Fund (Prologis Brazil Logistics Venture FII). Structuring of Real Estate deals (acquisition / disposals). Coordinate FII processes, such as issuance of new quotas, dividend payment and regulatory reports. Operational reports to Prologis Global team. Review of documents and compliance policies to ANBIMA membership and CVM rules.

Structuring and negotiation of funding deals (equity and debt) working together with different teams such as legal, controllership, FP&A and software engineering. Main projects include first issuance of Nu Financeira’s Letra de Cambio (Bank Note), issuance of 3rd series of FIDC Nu (Brazilian type of ABS) including daily operation of the structure and first corporate rating.

Fixed income portfolio management. Credit evaluation of companies (balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow analysis) and analysis of structured finance debt (CRI and FIDC - asset backed securities). Monitoring of primary and secondary debt market. Proposal of investments and presentation of credit committee to company’s directors.

Evaluation of credit proposals operations from Brasil Plural’s business segments and to fixed income funds. Balance sheet, income statement and cash flow analysis, besides rating determination of companies and structured finance debt. Activities include monitoring sectors for fixed income analysis (infrastructure, energy, real estate, banks and malls & properties).

Asset pricing (government bonds, swaps, options, currency and interest). Control of clients movements, management reports, market analysis to create new products or monitoring of similar existing products and participation in the process of due diligence.
