Prof. Dr. Naresh Kumar Mallenahalli (FIETE'13, SIEEE’14, SMACM'17, LISRS'20) received the Masters degree in Physics from the Osmania University, Hyderabad, India, the Masters in Computer Science & Engineering degree from the Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi, India and Ph. D. degree in Computer Science & Engineering from the Osmania University, Hyderabad, India. He is now with the Program Planning and Evaluation Group, National Remote Sensing Centre (ISRO), Hyderabad. He has published US patent (1), copyrights (4), Journals (12), Book Chapters (3) and Conferences(20). His current research interests include Quantum Computing & Learning Systems, Mathematical Modeling, Statistical Learning, Machine Learning and Automation, Multiagent Systems Autonomous Systems with applications in Biomedicine, Health Informatics, Natural Hazards, and Remote Sensing. He was the General Chair for 2019 IEEE TENGARSS and General Co-Chair for the 2021 IEEE ICETCI. He has rich experience in R&D management, program management, innovations & ideas management and IPR processing. He is a fellow of IETE, Senior Member of IEEE and ACM, Life Member ISRS & ISSE.
