Leading the team placed in the Office of the Chairperson at the Delhi Commission for Women, where my role involves optimizing and fortifying internal operations, conducting systematic research and providing recommendations, and assisting the commission in making informed decisions based on data to enhance women's safety

Working with the government of Rajasthan on its project Mission Buniyaad which aims to provide access to digital education to 1 million rural and urban girl students. Responsible for strategy designing and project planning and implementation.

Leading the Mental Health vertical at NOOR benefitting 100+ women coming from the low income communities in Delhi. The work revolves around working with external as well as internal stakeholders in the project. Women participants are considered to be at the centre of the project and my partnership with the Mental health therapists helps in strengthening a strong Mental health vertical at NOOR.

Worked around researching, and designing a contextualized curriculum and learning packet for adult literacy. Successfully graduated 2 batches of women from the project wherein the learning levels of women improved along with boosting self confidence.

Taught 45 students and strategically planned to increase the growth of students and parental investment of my class from 14% to 83%. To bring exposure, I collaborated with “Teach For Lebanon” as a part of a cultural exchange program for my students. To help my students grow and give ample attention to different students based on their levels, I managed 20+ interns in developing and executing a new curriculum and teaching strategies for elementary students. To enhance the school relation and become equal partners, I designed and managed resources for the Science lab in my respective school to be used by 600+ students.Designed and launched the project “Lingua Franca”, benefitting 60 students in grades 9th and 10th at TFI to learn French language, culture and linguistics. The project helped me work with multiple stakeholders including teaching staff, Fellows and external industry-level professional facilitators in the field. This helped me hone my project management skill.

Worked under the Gender vertical of the foundation and designed a gender empowerment session for the program titled “LeanIn Circles '' catering to the women employees of the foundation. My role revolved around the Research and Development of resources and creating effective session plans and workshop plans.

Led By Foundation is incubated and developed at Harvard University, with seed funding from the Social Innovation and Change Initiative at the Harvard Kennedy School. ● Been a part of a cohort of 24 young aspiring Indian Muslim women. ● Mentored one school going girl during the fellowship. ● Carried research on “Challenges faced by Indian Muslim women leaders in colleges and universities”

● Worked on an exhibition project on “student politics of India” of the Fonds d’Alembert Programme which covered the leading universities of the country ● Part of the archive team worked on the thematization of the pamphlets into 7 themes which were, gender, reservation, liberalization, dissent, Hindutva, caste and emergency, parchas and interviews brought out during the student movement ● Organized the exhibition at the India Habitat Center for “Student politics in India” under the name “Memories of change”.

● Worked as a core committee member for Project Cigrencil (Cigarette + Pencil), which worked with students from lower-income groups who had dropped out from schools under the influence of substance abuse. ● Worked on providing mentoring, tutoring or rehabilitating the drug addicts as per their current situation. ● Liaisoned through different stakeholders like lawyers, government agencies, psychologists and students to make this program a success. ● Handled social media accounts of the project and enhanced the visibility/outreach of the

● Worked on promoting sanitation and hygiene practices in Sultanpur, South Delhi in synergy with Government officials, local MLAs and Municipality workers ● Led a team of 10 other interns and conducted Information-Education-Communication activities for increasing awareness about sanitation-related issues and triggering a change in sanitation-related behaviour ● Conducted door to door meetings to drive behaviour change with respect to sanitation change.
