Information Technology Intern
Current- Moss IT support specialists are responsible for supporting various customer and network issues, which include:
- Provide first-level support to users experiencing technical issues with their computers, software, and other IT equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems in person, over the phone, or via.
- Provisioning users' computers, phones, and tablets, including loading a new operating system (Windows 10/11, iOS) on the appropriate devices. Install necessary software and ensure devices are properly secured.
- Help manage user accounts and permissions, including creating new accounts, resetting passwords, and ensuring appropriate access controls. Maintain Active Directory or similar directory services.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and wireless access points. Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
- Troubleshoot application and security issues, maintaining system stability and user access controls.
