I am a trained teacher of Hatha Yoga & Pranayama. I transformed my career after reaping benefits of Yoga, Meditation & Pranayama practices in 2020. I have completed 200hrs multi-style teacher training by Yoga Alliance from Himayalan Yoga Association, Rishikesh, Uttrakhand. After training from different Hatha Yoga gurus in Rishikesh for a Year, i founded a Yoga Studio with Vegetarian Cafe in Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh. A place where me & my team teach Pranayama, Mediation, Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow; and guide people to get transformed.As a yoga trainer I have experience of conducting Yoga & Wellness retreats all over India. Recent Yoga retreats were conducted in Dharamshala & Goa, India.Outcomes : I want to guide other to cure them from different physical & mental illness. I teach traditional Pranayama techniques & how to move their bodies with breath so that they feel strong, relaxed & become mindful. I share meditation, philosophy and mindfulness practices so that people can gain sense of connection with inner self and get inspired to face the challenges before them. My students leave my classes empowered & transformed. Approach : I teach traditional Hatha Yoga with Pranayama (Breathing Technique) inclusive for all levels of practitioners. My approach to asana is innovative & serves each students. My focus in asana class is always on breathing, alignment & muscle movement.
