1. Responsible for dealing with onboarding and offboarding of users, assigning license.2. Logging tickets and solving tickets as per SLA by using knowledge base like HALO ITSM and handling phone calls3. Check email issues, using Mx toolbox, tracing email using exchange and later using Microsoft defender email tracing services.4. Unlocking users accounts, resetting password, troubleshooting, when necessary5. Applying group policy as required for Organizational units.6. Setting up file server, terminal server, managing permissions and applying logon script7. Troubleshooting issues related to Microsoft 365 applications like One-drive, Outlook and SharePoint8. Providing technical support to the users and clients locally or via VPN connection and ensure proper maintenance of Workstations.9. Escalating incidents and requests beyond the scope of L1/L2 to Level 3 Support teams in a timeline manner10. Supporting the internal hardware, software, networks, and other peripherals and communicating with the vendors upon major hardware issues
