As a member of the business development team, I work closely with new and existing clients to demonstrate how ACD’s technology solutions can align closely with their business objectives to overcome challenges and explore new opportunities.I strive to build lasting relationships with our clients by implementing service level agreements that set the bar high for service and leverage our internal processes and world-class technology to meet or exceed those expectations. In doing so, I work to build strong, successful, long-term partnerships so my clients can meet their operational goals and enhance the overall customer experience.

As a Client Care Associate I work with insurers as their primary point of contact regarding any inquiries on the initial stages of a claim. Primary concentration is focused on ensuring that my clients’ files are expedited and triaged appropriately to the most qualified damage assessors. I work closely with insurance adjusters to increase customer satisfaction and actively address concerns. Personalized service to each of my clients and a streamlined claims process take top priority.
