My name is Nate and I'm trying to fix the American healthcare system at a Fortune 25.Throughout my UX career, I've been a non-profit founder of a design education group, chairman of a marketing non-profit, event speaker, hackathon winner, certified scrum master, and multiple team leads. Most importantly of all, I've been a life-long learner.The times I find most fulfilling are when I've had mentors pushing me to be better. I now have the pleasure of giving back as a mentor and am hoping to be that person for someone else.---------------Healthcare is a three-pillar system. It has to be good, accessible to everyone, and affordable. Like many of us, I have a story of someone who was forced to deprioritize their health because of affordability and as a consequence, they’re no longer with us today. Nobody should be forced to prioritize finances over health.
