• Upstream O&G / Plant maintenance Supervises the execution of day to day preventive and corrective maintenance activities related to instrumentation and control systems in assigned field, covering ;- Pumps (Main oil pumps), Gas injection Compressors (centrifugal and reciprocating)- Control valves ,Vessels & piping, Wellhead controls - Fire & Gas systems– Field and Building systems- Pressure, level, temperature, and flow measurement and control instrumentation, control valves- ICSS system – (Yokogawa centum VP, Honeywell TPS, Experion PKS, Siemens systems): Distributed control system (DCS), programmable logic controller (PLC), and SCADA system. - Generate preventive and corrective maintenance work orders, setting priorities, determining appropriate standard procedures, ensuring availability of required materials, spares and equipment, assigning to subordinates- Liaising with operations to release equipment and plant and with other maintenance supervisors to coordinate work activities- Endorse necessary work orders and work permits, and supervising the actual execution of work on site and or in workshop. - Carries out complex maintenance and repairs coordinating with different sections - Investigate and troubleshoot maintenance problems, prepare FIRST OUT reports during trips and be part of investigation team for major trip – for RCA and recommendations- Implement the Company’s permit to work procedures. - Supervise all maintenance work carried out in the control workshop and ensuring availability and operability of all workshop machines and equipment.- Liaise with the Work Planning personnel on timely updating of related maintenance activities in the 3Ms(Maximo) /SAP system.- Ensure that HSE policies, procedures and programs are implemented and strictly adhered to in my area of responsibility.

EPC and Commissioning of Greenfield and Brownfield projects - ADCO- ASAB Full Field Development project To Lead instrumentation & control team in EPC in O&G facility projects as end-user, involving;- Reviewing tender package as per the Approved standards (SHELL-DEP,ISA, IEC) and project specifications- Witnessing construction walk-downs, leading pre commissioning and commissioning activities, pre-start up checks- Participating in Pre-start up safety reviews, & coordinating the IC team activities for start-up, ensuring documentation and procedures in place.- Commissioning of Integrated Control and Safeguarding system (ICSS)- pre power up, C&E and control narrative checks , Graphics and third party interface checks.- Ensure Post commissioning punch list clearance.- Reviewing the commissioning Spares, 2 year spares and documentation of manufacturer’s maintenance manuals.- Coordinate with Planning to team to develop standard maintenance procedure, Asset hierarchy creation and rollout of maintenance programs- Develop and train the IC team, to ensure competency in critical process safety tasks and new equipments

Project Experience: Preparation of Functional specification, Detail Design specification, System Sizing, Hardware & Software configuration for DCS/ESD / F&G. Initiating specification/procurement/verification of materials related to the project.
