Gained valuable teaching experience by working alongside P.E. staff in both practical and theory lessons. This role required lesson planning, time keeping and, the skill to organise and motivate others. I was allowed to plan and deliver Lacrosse taster sessions which tested my leadership skills in engaged others.

I shadowed the P.E. staff in practical and theory lessons with as many as 60 students per session, learning management skills for both pupils and workspace. I learnt different methods of delivering the learning objectives bases on student abilities and instilling progression. I also helped the Local Schools Sports Co-ordinator organise the primary school sports day events helping manage and oversee the days’ proceedings.
