Technical Support Administrator
Current• Leading on Self-Managed Direct Payments project, managing project timelines, prioritizing tasks, delegating responsibilities to team members, and completing all projects on time and within budget• Producing monthly, six monthly, and annual financial reports for senior management team, including actual spend vs. surplus claw back analysis and trend analysis, and providing recommendations for improving financial performance based on analysis• Working with external and internal accounting / finance teams to reconcile expenses and ensure that Direct Payments are processed and paid in a timely manner• Managing the day-to-day operations of the office, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and updating office policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with company policies• Utilizing project management tools to stay on top of deadlines, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities to team members• Utilizing Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and communicate with stakeholders• Setting up Care Packages on IT Systems for payment and setting up Supplier ID for payment• Clawed back over £700,00.00 worth of surplus funds for the borough• Ensuring confidentiality is always maintained, particularly when dealing with issues that involve restricted access to information / service users in accordance with GDPR• Delivering a range of administrative skills to support the senior members of staff• Maintaining records using databases and spreadsheets applications• Maintaining financial and or stock records and review the data to contribute to resource planning• Undertaking the gathering of research information for projects• To ensure a range of activities and schedules are delivered according to the agreed deadline and standards
