Current-Oversight of emergency management and daily physical security operations for Protective Services, Access Control, and Badging Contract value at $195M at Department of Energy (DOE) Germantown, MD., 98-acre site. • Plan and direct ongoing strategy to mitigate risk and maintain continuity of operations of the program in accordance with the DOE requirements • Manage tasks and team to provide operational support, coordinate resources, maintain schedules within cost requirements, and ensure performance standards for operational readiness• Led/Mentor/Guide a Security/Police Staff of 70+ including non-security support staff• Oversee timely and accurate information and status updates to COR, federal oversight, and corporate management • Accountable for profit/loss, schedule, budget, performance, and quality of all program elements• Implement budget development efficiencies and evaluate how project plan changes impact cost and schedule• Provide financial analysis to both corporate and government clients to ensure cost efficiency• Ensure compliance with classified documentation handling standard operating procedures• Analyze contract responsibilities and developed and implemented all SOPs to establish operational baseline, site-specific program goals, and measures for task orders• Develop plans with functional areas and oversee production and work control to include annual spending planning • Managed the operating budget, manpower, resources, and facilities in the performance of contract responsibilities• Responsible for and adhered to all aspects of government and corporate standards• Responsible for personnel, finance, procurement, training, supply systems, and support services • Lead new hire applicant recruitment interviews both in person and virtually, made recommendations to hire• Observe employee behavior at work, complete performance reviews, and write disciplinary action when needed
