- A fellow college peer and I conducted a summer project. The objective was to gather young kids in adisadvantaged area and re-allocate them to a positive environment for the summer. Funding was receivedfrom the enterprise. We were tasked with various objectives which included, long-term planning, staffmanagement, payroll, time-table management, HR, excel documentation (the format we created is used bythe enterprise currently), post-project data analysis.- Valuable experience was gathered in project work. The ability to work with others, budget time and financecorrectly, consistent punctuality and workflow and idea creation, and the ability to document and analyzethe project.
