1. Represent ZACHEDO in Uganda.2. Leadership for the dissemination of ZACHEDO’s values, vision and mission.3. Develop networks and partnerships and promote ZACHEDO's organizational identity and capacity to all stakeholders and partners in Uganda4. Mobilise respources for ZACHEDO programme. 5. Ensure that the knowledge gained from ZACHEDO projects is documented and shared with stakeholders, partners internally and externally.8. Worked in S.Sudan as Regional Programme Co-ordinator of a Primary Health Care Program funded by USAID and later by GTZ from Jan 1983 to May 1989. Worked in Somalia June to Dec 1989. From 1990 I worked in Uganda as project leader of a DANIDA Id Irish Aid funded programs and a Zonal Coordinator of a program funded by EJAF, LWF, CIDA. I was a Technicsl Advisor HIV/AIDS and finally a manager a National Human Resource Training program to increase the quality and quantity of health workers in Uganda Jan 2008-June 2010 Programme manager Priamry Health Care Training (PHCT) of Human Resource for Health in Uganda based at AMREF offices in KampalaI managed a National PHC Training programme to improve the quality and quantity of Human Resource for Health in Uganda f. The program was implemented in partnership with Ministry of Education, Ministry of Health and Health Training Institutions. Improved the infrastructure for training Institutions, reviewed/updated training curricula for nurses, midwives and laboratory technicians. Activities also included home based management of fever (HBMF) in children under five years through training of Community Health workers/Community Own Resource Persons (CHWs/CORPs). Programme evaluation revealed a decline in the patient workload at health units mainly due to a decline in the number of children with malaria reporting to health units. There was an improvement in the quality of training at health Institutions and a small increase in number of qualified staff at rural health units.  October 2005 to Dec 2010: Technical Advisor HIV/AIDS for AMREF Uganda I provided technical leadership and support to AMREF staff and partners in designing, implementing, monitoring and evaluation, documentation/ reporting of HIV/AIDS projects for AMREF Uganda. Such programmes/projects included:
