Responsible for leading and managing a legal indoor cannabis cultivation facility as a two partner team. Oversees the production of 300+ plants from clone to harvest in 1,000 sq/ft of indoor grow space. Executes all tasks in the grow in an effective and timely matter including but not limited too; nutrient mixing, propagation, watering, transplanting, IPM, pruning, topping, stress training, trellising, plant cycle scheduling and planning, and cleaning. Responsible for inventory management, plant counts, and ensuring all Proposition 64 compliance regulations are followed. Leads and instructs trimmer teams. Successfully cultivated legal premium quality craft cannabis that was sold in a top legal dispensary in San Francisco.

Consult with patients and assist them in finding the correct medicine to suit their needs. Maintain thorough and complete knowledge of all cannabis products sold in store. Consult with vendors about their products and how they fit our companies market. Work with managers on inventory, organization, and marketing. Maintain store menu by updating with photos, test results, and information. Weigh cannabis into sellable amounts.
