(EC Project : FIDIS NoE)* digital transformation* etc.I am also a former Senior research fellow, and acting director, at INSEAD CALT (Centre for Advance Learning Technologies).My role was both in the writing of proposals (and bringing a significant level of resources to the labs), as well as directing projects.Exemple of projet I directed (and also leading the writing of the proposal) :AtGentive project, a 1.5 M Euros research projet, with 8 partners from different countries, which investigated the support of "attention" in a collaborative contexte.This project included the design of a virtual community, the profilning of users based on their activities, and the use of artificial agents.More about what motivates meI am highly interested in innovation, and its impact on the organizations and on the society, being able to anticipate most of the major trends (e.g. A.I. web 2.0, open learning, social media, serious games, etc.) both at a research and at an operational level.I am specifically interested in the application of technological innovation (A.I.) in social science and management science, and how it can be used to inform the design of better organisations. (more collaborative, more creative, etc.).I am a strong believer in the capacity of innovation (considered according to a usage perspective) to radically transform the society for good and to make it more effective both for the organization and for the individual.
