Responsible for the day to day transportation of manpower, goods and materials as required.Support the team with driver allocation in fleet software program and manage the driver tasking during the non-standard shift times including supervision of drivers and provision of administrative support.Responsibilities:  Responsible for the day to day transportation of manpower, goods and materials as required. support the team with driver allocation in fleet software program and manage the driver tasking during the nonstandardShift times including supervision of drivers and provision of administrative support. Issuing instruction to the driver on daily basis to adhere the road traffic rules, speed limits and be courteous to other road users as not to bring the company into disrepute. Manage financial records and light bookkeeping activities. Providing work order and the vehicle key to the drivers before the commencement of transportation tasks, Monitoring the fleet management software, (CAFM) and allocate any transport tasks to the driver pool. Monitoring timing of staff for overtime and attendance and coordinate with HR and finance department. Responsible for carrying out and recording daily checks of the vehicle to insure safety, integrity and reliability Responsible for recording all mileage and ensuring that receipts are collated for reconciliation. Responsible for all appropriate health, safety and welfare matters affecting drivers and passengers. Checking vehicles on daily basis and report of any incidents/accidents to the Fleet Transportation department immediately.

And timely perform aircraft loading and unloading operation.o Aircraft security and other all relevant safety, quality health and environmental procedure complying because to ensure a healthy and safe work environment. o I have UAE driving license and ADP for specific equipment.o I can drive and operate technical equipment (e.g baggage tractors, conveyor belts, etc) to ensure timely execution of operations incompliance with safety regulation and internal polices and procedure.o Dispatch baggage/cargo/mail correspondence to flights to ensure timely and proper delivery of items. o Perform special transport operation (e.g dangerous goods movements) to ensure compliance with safety and internal policies.o I am also familiar with using two-way radios so I can communicate with the office and other drivers.
