UAE PASS (Digital ID) Project:The national identity management framework that allows residents of the UAE to authenticate themselves and sign documents via their mobile devices.• I was the technical architect in charge of the requirements gathering, analysis, and technical architecture and design of the solution.• I traveled regularly to the client’s offices to conduct on-site meetings. This project involved teams from several countries world-wide. On-site presence was very important for the collaboration between these teams.• I performed security compliance analysis and design for the different components of the solution.

It is a huge project incorporating the latest technologies in responsive mobile-friendly designs, integration with Web Services, integration with social media, and content management systems.• I was the technical lead in charge of requirements gathering, analyses, and resources management.• I was in day-to-day contact with the technical architects and analysts during all the phases of this project.• I was also in charge of the deployment, configuration, and maintenance phases of the releases for this project.

Zain KSA Mobile Broadband:A solution that enables Zain KSA Broadband users to buy Broadband packages, recharge their balance and view their latest usage for their Data SIMs. It is accessible for hundreds of thousands of users throughout KSA. In addition, it encapsulates a Roaming solution that allows Zain KSA users to manage their accounts while traveling.• I was the technical lead in charge of technical analysis, resources management, and interaction with the client.• I was the chief developer in charge of the requirements gathering, design, implementation, and configuration phases of this project based on our core platform AUTOFORMS™.• I developed mobile keyboard and touch versions of the Mobile Broadband solution.• I lead and participated in the Roaming solution implementation for Zain KSA Voice Subscribers.• I managed and implemented both IN Swapping phases from the portal side (involved direct meetings and communication with NSN IN and Ericsson IN teams for the analysis phase).• I travelled infrequently to Zain KSA Headquarters in Riyadh for configuration, reporting, and client support.• I conducted regular meetings with all collaborating departments (QA, visual developers, analysts as well as software developers) to ensure the well-being of the project.

Zain KSA (My Zain) Selfcare:An account management solution that enables Zain KSA users to subscribe to, maintain, and actively manage their telecom services.• I was a member of the development team that implemented all the features of this project based on our core platform AUTOFORMS™.• I participated in the design, technical analysis, testing, and support phases of this project.Zain Sudan and Zain Group:• I developed Web services and solutions, monitored proper functionality and provided maintenance services for websites pertaining to customers like Zain Group and Zain Sudan.Cross-project Roles:• I developed a Statistics Framework (Java, Jasper, XML, and AUTOFORMS™) for the client to monitor users’ access and utilization of different components on the websites, including graphs and other tabular interfaces.

• I developed an application (Java, SQL, & Scripting Language) for monitoring a testing environment & creating charts representing performance metrics based on Quartz scheduler.• I created technical documentation for the application including a Requirements Document, Software Design Document, & User Guide to aid in developing the application in the future.
