Massive: Our team collaborated with our Canadian client, WWE, to re-design their responsive website (RW), native app and TV app. My focus was managing stakeholders and guiding the experience of their RW and native app (that has been downloaded more than 16 million times from users in 220 countries). We started with defining the RW and device breakpoints/grids. This was followed by designing the sign up/sign in journey. After numerous discussions, key product level decisions were made about which products should be shown at different sign up entry points. Another key component I worked on was the media player that allowed fans to view Live/recorded shows and allowed fans to use chrome-cast/airplay to cast the content on their home TV.From Here On: coached British Telecommunication (BT) UI Designers how to create an MVP using a UCD process (from value proposition definition to handing designs to Engineering). My responsibilities were to coach the BT team research methods, UX design, user journeys & prototyping. The project was a finalist for SDN awards 2018. EY-Seren: Created personas, a customer journey map & conceptual designs for a surveillance tool that learns and adapts over time to help trading floors understand and be more proactive about their business risks. Vodafone: Worked in an Agile team to create hi-fi design assets that were researched & iterated to build a user-centred app ready to be delivered to 25 million users across 22 markets. The app had 1.5 star rating on Google Play/App Store at the start. After changes, the rating increased to 3.6 stars on Google Play & 3 stars on the App Store.

30 film makers were selected from across Pakistan to take part in LIDF. We had to work on concept development, research, script writing, shooting and editing.
