Hello, I’m Nabilla Putri Hapsari, a Public Relations graduate from IISIP Jakarta. I’m currently part of the Recruitment and Branding Department at PT Astra Honda Motor, where I play an active role in talent acquisition and employer branding. I’m always ready to tackle new challenges and make a positive impact in any team I’m part of.And i was work at PT Colmita Persada Indonesia, I’ve taken on a variety of roles:1.⁠ ⁠Handled 1,000-3,000 customer accounts monthly, following up with each customer at least 3 times per month through various channels to ensure timely payment collection2.⁠ ⁠⁠Called and messaged a minimum of 100 customers daily, successfully negotiating payment plans that reduced delinquency rates and improved cash flow3.⁠ ⁠⁠Prepared and maintained accurate records of customer payments, generating regular management reports that provided insights into the company’s financial health4.⁠ ⁠⁠Ensured all communications regarding payment reminders and negotiations were compliant with company policies and legal regulations5.⁠ ⁠⁠Developed and executed collection strategies that minimized financial risk, contributing to the company’s overall financial stability
