Responsibilities:• Interface between product development team and external stake holders like, manufacturing, purchase, marketing and suppliers in designing and development phases of projects• Identifying and managing the major project tasks/ milestones, timelines and owners to support the project deployment date in collaboration with all work-stream leads.• Ensuring design outputs comply with all relevant design standards.• Ensuring all engineering documentation created as part of tasks meet the requirements of internal procedures & strict timelines• Assist service department with technical expertise to troubleshoot and solve field problems.• Performing DFMEA on assembly level.• Effectively communicating project expectations to team members in a clear and timely fashion.• Conducting product design reviews • Conducting cross functional team meeting to discuss status and solutions.• Conduct research, design and develop machinery and systems for tractor• Prepare material, cost and timing estimates, reports and design specifications• Investigate mechanical failures or unexpected current production• Supervise technicians, technologists and other engineers, and review and approve designs
