Position: Regional Professional Services ManagerJob Purpose Responsible for the cost effective provision and quality delivery of all professional services delivered by Fourth Shift MENA consistent with Company policy: specifically this covers services under the Customer Support Program, Technical Consulting, Help Desk, the Integrated Software Services and Product Management teams. Principal Accountability• Overall responsibility for the effective running of the Customer Support Program.• Maintaining a strategic interest in the direction towards development of customer service.• Direct responsibility for the effective running of the Technical Consulting Schedules.• Proposing and formally quoting for post sale follow on and repeat consulting and training activities in conjunction with the sales account manager.• Direct responsibility for the effective running of the Integrated Software Services dept.
