The team is based in CBP South supporting CFSIL and Hawthorn East supporting CFS Wrap (AIL).I am responsible for the Melbourne OPEX teams which are accountable for Change Governance, Quality Outcomes, Business Improvement & Information, Technical Training & Project support for the CFS Wrap business.The Hawthorn OPEX business unit’s responsibilities in detail:- Quality Assurance: Reviewing the performance of our people and processes in order to ensure we continue to meet all compliance obligations and drive positive customer outcomes. - Knowledge Management: Creating and governing capabilities which support the effective capture, development and sharing of organisational knowledge.- Business Improvement, Productivity and Automation: Continuously improving processes and practices and making the complex simple.- Reporting and Analytics: Providing insightful and relevant business and customer reporting and analysis.- Workforce Planning: Forecasting, scheduling and workforce management to drive a consistent and world class service experience.- Training - Responsible for the design and delivery of role based skills training.- Project Implementation Management and Product Ownership - Coordinating with sponsors, CFS business units and delivery teams to ensure maximum value from significant IT projects.- Change and Communications - Responsible the overall governance of any change impacting Ops. The team will deliver change impact assessments, reporting, change management, guidance and communications services to the wider Wrap Ops business to ensure all impacted teams are aware of upcoming changes and to drive employee engagement.

Customer Guidance is a phone based inbound and outbound general advice business within CFS Client Operations responsible for driving customer engagement along with retaining, activating and acquiring new customers. Team members are RG146 qualified and provide general advice to educate and empower customers so that they are better positioned to make an informed decision regarding their Super and Investments. The team covers all CFS, Essential Super and Group Super products.My role as Customer Guidance Manager is to implement various strategic initiatives and grow the business.My responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations of the business, driving leads from existing and new referral partners, meeting and exceeding targets and ensuring that team members provide the best possible customer experience while meeting compliance obligations across all levels of the business.
