General Accounts & Financial Reporting Responsibilities:1. Personnel in charge of cost management and general accounting, Walton Chemical Industries Ltd. (HQ).2. In charge of ORACLE AP & GL module and invoicing (WCIL) 3. Creating invoices and paying related parties for factory overhead, transportation costs, raw materials, and any other expenses incurred at headquarters.4. Process cost-related entries in Oracle and prepare month-end correcting entries.5. Examine, compute, and confirm accurate entry of WCIL month-end provisions.6. Help with the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement preparation.Cost & Management Reporting Responsibility:1. Create and maintain a monthly product cost sheet.2. In-Charge of ORACLE LCM Module. (Responsible for preparing and posting Pre-Landed and Post Landed Cost of RM)3. Prepare a monthly Product Performance Report and analyze the Break Even Point.4. Create a monthly budget for factory overhead and make sure it is properly managed.5. Give the CEO of WCIL a monthly management and performance report.6. Examine pre-landed costing to assess fresh raw material sourcing prospects.7. Analyze new projects using a feasibility study.8. Generating additional ad hoc reports as requested by the WCIL CEO and MD.Financing Responsibilities:1. Create a plan for the monthly loan repayment.2. Assure adequate money is available to pay back the financial obligation.3. Helping to arrange bank funding through STL, CC loans, or intercompany advance withdrawals.4. Helping with the preparation and delivery of LC documents.

My prime duty is to;1. Conduct product costing2. feasibility study3. investment decision analysis, and other relevant costings.4.Additionally, responsible for maintaining general accounts and overlooking financial reporting.

My responsibilities include preparing a detailed financial report of the clients and maintaining client-business relationships calculating the taxes and preparing the necessary paperwork to submit the tax.

I was assigned in Corporate Governance Department and my job was to check the Corporate Governance compliance of the listed companies in CSE and to report as per requirement of my superiors.
