Following a long career in public health and occupational safety and health at the national and international levels, Nabil Watfa is currently Director, Health and Humanitarian Assistance Programs, Middle East Operations, MSCI/SeraphimGLOBAL. His responsibilities include establishing MSCI/SeraphimGLOBAL's presence and Middle East flagship office, determining the markets that MSCI and SeraphimGLOBAL should pursue, developing a business base that ensures the sustainability of MSCI/SeraphimGLOBAL Middle East operations, and developing and fostering relationships with international and multi-lateral donor organizations, Ministries of Health, Education, Labor, Emergencies, Social Welfare, universities, institutions and private organizations to create advocacy, technical and financial support. His responsibilities also include developing teaming partnerships to respond to specific business opportunities, collaborating with MSCI/SeraphimGLOBAL colleagues and local professionals to design program strategies and develop proposals.
