As a Payment Provider Service Lyra is the N°1 payment solutions compagnie in France but also provide in worldwide.As a software engineer within the core payment team my main activity was to maintain the existing application while developing new solutions and moving towards a more microservices centric technology and a more cloud based approach to facilitate the management and maintenance of the system. As a member of the Operate System Service Team developing the back end supporting global Sigfox network, I work on two aspects:- Maintain the IoT legacy network and develop new features to support new functionalities related to Sigfox network. I am part of the team that maintain and improve the current message reception chain by transforming it to rely on Kafka. This reception chain handle the messages that pass through our network emitted by the million of devices around the world. The current applications uses Java 11, Spring 5 and MongoDB- Participate on shaping the future of Sigfox network by developing reliable, scalable and api-first micro-services with Event-Driver architecture in full Cloud environment. These are built with Java 11 / Kotlin and Spring 5 using Reactor, a reactive programming library, and use MongoDB, Redis and Kafka.
